We are a specialist company in truffles and mushrooms, leading internationally. We have been working in this sector since 1980, which gives us the backing to be experts in this field and to implement the improvements that are necessary to always be available to our customers.
We manage an extensive network of collectors (of mushrooms and truffles) who, through different channels, bring the fresh product to our markets and facilities.
We have two mushroom selection and distribution centres (in Valladolid) and truffles (in Tàrrega, Lleida). It is in these centres that we receive the fresh product, where we treat it and manage shipping to our end customers, businesses, or markets. Also, we are present in the main markets of Spain (Mercabarna, Mercabilbao, and Mercamadrid), where we deal daily with fresh products to distribute them throughout the country.
When it’s the season and we’re ready, we have real top-quality truffles and fresh mushrooms available. Throughout the year, too, we have other variants of products such as dehydrated mushrooms, preserved truffles, or truffled products (such as truffle oil or tartuphate).
